I founded the consulting company co-evolution in 1983 after a five-year corporate fast track career at Texas Instruments. My new goal was to work with managers and owners in companies to understand the impact on their businesses created by their mental models, values, beliefs, and attitudes. My premise was that to change the success of a business, the leaders would need to change their mental models. I have spent the last 30 years verifying that premise. After leaving the corporate world, I added a Master's Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development to my education foundation of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Computer Science. My well rounded education and continuous learning approach have allowed me to effectively work with people and organizations to improve profitability and individual personal development.
