In his role as enterprise architect, Shrikant Palkar develops strategies to support Costco’s business needs, focusing on application architecture, infrastructure, business process management, and IT process improvement. Shrikant has a passion for education and has taught in more than 20 institutes in three countries; he was a visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington in Seattle. His professional interests include evolution of enterprise architecture, IT process models, and the impact of mobile technology on enterprises. Shrikant has been invited to speak at multiple Gartner, Open Group, and Strata conferences.
