Scrum Coach in Chief, Professional Scrum Trainer
US
Charles Bradley is the Scrum Coach-in-Chief for http://www.ScrumCrazy.com, a Scrum Coaching and Training company. He is an experienced Scrum Coach, a Professional Scrum Trainer, and holds several certifications from both the Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org. At the team level, Charles coaches Scrum Teams "in the trenches" on Scrum, Agile, Kanban, User Stories, and Extreme Programming engineering practices(Unit Testing, Paired Programming, TDD, and all that good stuff!). At the organizational level, Charles coaches Scrum Teams, Sr. Management, and Executives on how to get the most out of Large Scale Scrum(Larman/Vodde), Organizational Agility, Agility Path, Scaled Agile, Enterprise Scrum, and Enterprise Kanban. Charles also had a "prior life" as a Sr. Java Consultant for 13 years. In addition to coaching and training in the trenches, Charles spends time supporting the Agile community. He authors the ScrumCrazy.com blog, and also co-authored the "User Stories" article on the Scrum Alliance Agile Atlas. Charles was a volunteer reviewer for Ilan Goldstein's recently released Scrum Shortcuts without Cutting Corners book, and he was both a reviewer and contributor to Richard Hundhausen's book, Professional Scrum Development with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012. Charles co-leads the Agile Denver Agile Coaching SIG, and supports the community by regularly speaking at conferences and user groups locally and around the country. With whatever time he has left, he plays volleyball and enjoys driving his wife crazy by talking about Scrum, especially when he refers to his “honey do” list as his “personal backlog” and asks his wife to order her backlog requests. Charles is based out of Denver, Colorado.
