In the last 10 years I developed product and marketing strategies for several software companies in Europe. Stepping out of IT for 2 years I discovered the world of tea and ran my own tea-house in Berlin. By chance I found that not all software companies are run by command and control and rigid planning. This is when I joined Targetprocess - an active software innovator in visual management, and immersed straight into the epicenter of Lean and Agile ideas and project experience.
